By leveraging organic posts, targeted ads, and audience insights, I helped businesses grow their reach and connect with customers more effectively.
I worked on managing and improving Facebook and Instagram pages to strengthen online presence and engagement. My role included planning monthly content calendars, creating attractive post designs, and ensuring consistent updates. I used hashtags, captions, and trend-based content to reach wider audiences and increase visibility.I also optimized social media profiles with clear bios, highlights, and CTAs to make them more professional. To keep audiences engaged, I used features like stories, reels, polls, and interactive posts. Along with this, I tracked insights and analytics regularly, which helped in refining strategies, boosting interactions, and supporting steady follower growth.
